Besides we have a specialized Panel of well qualified and experienced recruiters to review the clients requirements, shortlist Candidates, and conduct first level interview before forwarding to the clients.We would like to render the placement services offer to your organization on the following terms and conditions.Terms and ConditionsEthics:We shall not place or headhunt for candidates from within your organization.Professional Charges:The consultancy is entitled to get 8.33% of the Annual CTC of the candidate as service fee in respect of their placement to the company.Billing and payment:Invoice will be submitted to the company within 15 days of the candidates joining the organization and the company should make the payment in a period of 30 to 45 days.Mode of payment:After an offer has been negotiated and made to the candidate, payment should be made by way of cheque or D.D in favour of HCR GLOBAL SERVICES.Replacement:If any selected candidate quits the organization within a period of three months from the date of joining, we will provide free replacement within a period of 30 days from the date of intimation. Failure to which refund of service charges amount is applicable.The consultant is not responsible for the candidates who involve in immoral activities and company is empowered to take action against delinquent candidate.Confidentiality:All the information about the company and its management made available to us for sourcing candidates will be kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to group companies, associates, relatives, friends or any other party.
